Welcome to Koda, an application published by qwincy. By downloading, installing or using the Koda app or the kodafood.com website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Description of the service

Koda is an application that centralises family groceries, plans meals, imports recipes with the help of artificial intelligence and manages the household's recurring products.

2. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

The app offers a free tier with limited import quotas and a paid Premium subscription (monthly or yearly), handled through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.

• The subscription renews automatically at the applicable price at the end of each period, unless cancelled through the user's Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the active period.
• No refund is granted for subscription periods already started.

3. Use of the AI import feature

Koda uses artificial intelligence models to extract ingredients and instructions from recipe URLs. The user acknowledges that:

• The AI may make mistakes or approximations during extraction.
• The user is solely responsible for checking imported recipes, in particular allergens and serving sizes.

4. Intellectual property

All logos, designs, trademarks and source code of the application are the exclusive property of qwincy. Imported recipe content remains the property of its original authors.

5. Liability

qwincy cannot be held liable for network failures, temporary interruptions of the synchronisation service, or errors in the AI's interpretation of recipe data.

6. Account deletion

Users may delete their account and personal data at any time directly from the app's settings.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute regarding their validity or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts.
